My approach

Your story. Your goals. Our work together.

Therapy is a partnership, grounded in genuine curiosity about who you are and the life you want to build.

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Every person arrives with a unique history, personality, set of strengths, and goals, and my approach to treatment takes that into account. My approach is integrative, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Rather than relying on a single therapeutic model, I draw from a range of scientifically supported approaches to develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to each client's needs, values, and life circumstances.

Our work together begins with a comprehensive assessment designed to understand not only the concerns bringing you to therapy, but also the broader context in which those challenges have developed. Together, we'll explore questions such as: What patterns are keeping you stuck? How did they develop? What's getting in the way of the life you want to live? What meaningful changes would you like to make?

I view therapy as a partnership. My role is not to tell you who to be or how to live your life, but to help you better understand yourself, build practical skills, overcome obstacles, and create lasting change. Whether your goals involve reducing anxiety, strengthening relationships, processing grief or trauma, navigating a major life transition, or feeling more like yourself again, our work will be tailored to what matters most to you. Above all, I strive to create a space that feels warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine curiosity.
